嘉宾简介:
Nari Lee :Nari Lee is professor intellectual property at Hanken and the Consortium leader of the Finnish Academy project “Legal Transplant For Innovation And Creativity: a Sino-Finnish Comparative Study On the Governance of Intellectual Property Rights” (TranSIP). She has studied law at the EwhaWomans University in Korea and at Kyushu University, Japan (LL.M), and holds a Ph.D from University of Eastern Finland and Doctor of Laws (LL.D) degree from Kyushu University, Japan. Since 1996, she has researched and taught in the area of intellectual property and international trade in universities in Europe and in Asia. She has held the post of the program director at Munich Intellectual Property Law Center, and also an affiliated research fellow at Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property and Competition Law in Munich, Germany.
Her current research interests includes:
• Intellectual Property Law, Policy and Theories,
• Patent Law and Pharmaceutical Industries,
• Software Patents,
• Interface between Unfair Competition Law and Trademark,
• International Trade and Intellectual Property Rights.
• Open Innovation,
• Contract law, Contracting and Innovation
Niklas Bruun :Niklas Bruun is the professor of intellectual property law at the Hanken School of Economics, Helsinki and the director of the IPR University Center in Helsinki. He is a regular advisor to the Finnish government and EU institutions on issues of labour law and IP law.
Furthermore, Bruun has lead a graduate school in intellectual property law (INNOCENT). He has been vice-chairman and chairman of the Finnish Copyright Council for about 20 years and chairman of the Finnish Copyright Commission 2008-2011. He has also been the chairman of the Finnish Society for Industrial Property Law from 1998-2001 and was chairman of the Board of Good Business Practice of the Central Chamber of Commerce in Finland 1998-2010. He holds an honorary doctorate from the University of Stockholm (2000).
Bruun´s scientific production is extensive in labour law and intellectual property law.
At present professor Niklas Bruun is the director of the research program Regulating Markets and Labour (ReMarkLab), Stockholm University, and a member of the Centre of Excellence in the Foundations of European Law and Polity, University of Helsinki. Together with professor Nari Lee, Hanken he is also responsible for the project “Legal Transplant For Innovation and Creativity: A Sino-Finnish Comparative Study On Governance of Intellectual Property Rights” (TranSIP), which is funded by the Academies of Science in China and Finland.
